Order and Delivery Terms (downloadable product drawings)

1. General
These order and delivery terms apply to downloadable 3D drawings ordered through the online store of SH-Teksor Oy. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and Downloadable Files
The products sold in our online store are digital drawings delivered as downloadable files. There is no physical delivery for these products.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through our online store by adding products to the shopping cart and filling in the requested details on the order form. After confirming the order, you will receive a link to download the file via email.

4. Delivery
The downloadable file is delivered via email immediately after placing the order. If there are any problems with the delivery, please contact our customer service at info@sh-teksor.fi.

5. Return Policy
Since these products are digitally downloadable, the return policy does not apply to delivered files (according to Section 16 of Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act) if the download has already been completed.

6. Error Situations
If the downloaded product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service at info@sh-teksor.fi.

7. Hinnat ja verot
Kaikki hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron (ALV) voimassa olevan verokannan mukaisesti, ellei toisin ole ilmoitettu.

8. Other Terms
We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of the order apply to the order.

Copyrights and Usage Rights

1. Copyright
All 3D drawings downloaded from our online store are the property of [SH-Teksor Oy] or third parties and are protected under the Copyright Act (404/1961). All rights reserved.

2. Usage Rights
The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited usage right to the downloaded files for their internal use or according to the agreed-upon purpose.
Drawings may not be sold, copied, published, distributed, or modified without written permission.
Commercial use without a separate agreement is prohibited.
