SH-Teksor is committed to promoting sustainable practices in all its operations. This means optimizing energy use and reducing emissions, efficiently utilizing materials, and finding and implementing solutions that are less burdensome to nature. By reducing our environmental impact, we can be part of the solution in mitigating climate change.
Optimizing Energy Use and Reducing Emissions
Optimizing energy consumption is one of our key objectives. We have invested in renewable energy and energy-efficient solutions, significantly reducing our carbon footprint. Our facilities and production processes have been modernized with energy efficiency in mind. We are currently developing a carbon footprint calculator to track emissions at different production stages (Scope 1, 2 & 3).
Recycling and Efficient Use of Materials
Through recycling and efficient use of materials, we strive to minimize waste and maximize resource use. The recycling rate of the materials we use in our production is high, and the chips generated during metal processing are 100 percent recycled. Our products are reusable and recyclable at the end of their life cycle, in accordance with the recycling of metal products.

We want to lead the way in sustainable business and provide our customers with innovative and responsible solutions.
Long-term Plans and Goals
We have set ourselves ambitious goals that will guide us towards a more sustainable future. These targets include achieving carbon neutrality by 2025 for own production (scope 1 & 2), reducing waste and increasing recycling rates, and improving staff well-being. In 2025, we invested in energy-saving solutions, such as changing the heating method from electric heating to air-source heat pumps. Our long-term plans are based on comprehensive analysis and continuous monitoring.
